Terms of Use
Miyabi is operated by 合同会社みやび at 2-8-17 Iizuka, Kawaguchi, Saitama 332-0023, Japan. These terms describe the use of the Miyabi website and downloadable learning materials.
Learning materials
Unless a product page states otherwise, Miyabi materials are provided for the purchaser’s personal learning use. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with the applicable rights holder.
Product information
Each product page will show the current price, included materials, delivery method, and other important conditions before purchase. Where a product-specific term differs from these general terms, the product page will make that clear.
Guest purchase and delivery
Each Miyabi Math Unit is a one-time purchase of two English PDFs: a Student Edition and a Solutions Edition. No Miyabi account registration is required. Provide an email address you can access. After successful payment, download the files from the order confirmation page or your order email and save them to your device.
If a download is missing or cannot be opened, email miyabi.math.support@gmail.com with your order number.
Availability
We may update, improve, or discontinue website features or learning products. Existing purchaser rights will be handled according to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
Refunds and consumer rights
Read the Refund Policy before purchasing. Mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase take priority over these terms. No provision in these terms waives those rights.
Use of files and download links
You may save and print the purchased PDFs for your own learning. Do not resell them, publish them online or share the files or personal download links with others. Contact us before using the materials for distribution to a class, institution or other users.
Learning support
Each Miyabi Math Unit includes a Student Edition and a Solutions Edition. It does not include individual tutoring, marking or live lessons. Email support covers purchase and download problems. Learning results depend on the learner and are not guaranteed.
