Refund Policy
Miyabi wants purchasers to understand the applicable refund conditions before completing payment. The final product page and checkout flow will display the terms that apply to the item being purchased.
Digital PDF purchases
Each Miyabi Math Unit is a one-time purchase of two downloadable PDFs. Please read the product description and free sample before buying. Once a PDF has been downloaded or accessed, we do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds under our voluntary policy. This does not limit any refund, withdrawal or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
When we offer a refund
- Not downloaded or accessed: we offer a full refund if neither of the purchased PDFs has been downloaded or accessed, as verified using our order and download records.
- Duplicate purchase or charge: we refund a verified unintended duplicate purchase or payment for the same unit.
- Missing, damaged or inaccessible files: we first offer help or a replacement. If the purchased materials still cannot be supplied or used as described, we offer a refund.
- Materially inaccurate description: we review claims that the supplied materials materially differ from the product description or sample, and offer an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.
Request period and contact
Requests under our voluntary policy must be submitted within one year of purchase. This period does not shorten any longer period or other entitlement provided by applicable law. Contact miyabi.math.support@gmail.com with your order number, purchase email address and a brief description of the issue. You do not need to explain your reasons when exercising a statutory right that does not require a reason.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported. The time until the refund appears depends on the payment provider and bank. After a full refund, download permission is withdrawn and you must stop using and sharing any downloaded copies.
Mandatory consumer rights
Your statutory rights take priority over this voluntary policy. Where an applicable cooling-off or withdrawal right exists, downloading alone does not automatically remove that right. Any legally required consent, acknowledgment and confirmation must be obtained separately before relying on a digital-content exception. We do not treat acceptance of these general terms alone as a waiver.
For example, where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, the 14-day right remains available unless the legal requirements for the digital-content exception have been satisfied. Rights relating to defective or misdescribed content remain unaffected.
